What for? A late morning enjoying the Mississippi Street Fair. It’s within walking distance, so we stopped at a few places along the way for new photo locations. (I’ll post more pics of the fair in this week’s Thursday Latelies post.)
It’s summer weather here in Portland, so I focused on cotton clothing and accessories that would help me manage the heat. I didn’t want anything sticking to my skin or adding extra weight. So I wrapped a lightweight scarf around a floppy hat, which helped shade the sun (and add extra color!) and lightweight, dangly earrings.
And yes, I’m carrying a Whole Foods reusable grocery bag as a purse. I fit right in!
