I picked up this tank top from Old Navy last week. I’m loving the longer length. And stripes!

What for? This inspiration look was perfect for a decidedly casual Sunday — a day of blogging, housework, crossing things off my to-do list, and having an impromptu lunch break in the park. (That’s what all the bags are for in that pic above.) I don’t have any colored jeans (unless you count my black skinnies), so I switched things up by wearing a purplish hue on the top half instead. Inventive or particularly stylish? Nope. Colorful and comfy for a day on the sidelines? Yep.
And what do you call this color? Fuchsia, magenta, berry, marionberry, plum? All I know is, I love it. As you can see here, here, here, and here.

i would say bothy inventive and stylish!! i love that tank. purple is one of my favorite clothing colors, and oddly i don’t have a lot at all! and these jeans look great on you…your legs look long and lean!!
Wow, thanks! I am realizing that I am drawn more and more to purple, and this particular deep pink/purple kind of shade. I think it’s a flattering shade on just about anybody!
